FAQ
What are social podium graphics?
After your event, export branded PNGs for any division - visual podium layout plus ranked-list formats for Instagram feed (1080×1440) and story (1080×1920). Pick top 3, top 5, or top 10 athletes. Everything downloads in one ZIP so you can post results the same night.
What counts as a "free" event?
Your leaderboard link, athlete profiles, and Google Sheets sync are always free. Broadcast view, heat seeder, and social podium graphics need a Race Day+ unlock or a Season plan.
Do I pay up front or after the event?
Neither - you unlock instantly, no card required. We email you a payment link, due within 7 days, so your paid features are live while you set up your event.
What if my event has more than 100 athletes?
Race Day+ covers up to 100 athletes at $49. For 101 and up it's $99 per event - same features, just a larger field.
Does the Season plan cover big events?
Season covers unlimited events up to 100 athletes. Events over 100 athletes are +$59 each on top of your Season plan.
Do beta users get any discount?
If you ran a real event with us during beta, your first Race Day+ is on us. Reach out and we'll set it up.
