FAQ

What are social podium graphics?

After your event, export branded PNGs for any division - visual podium layout plus ranked-list formats for Instagram feed (1080×1440) and story (1080×1920). Pick top 3, top 5, or top 10 athletes. Everything downloads in one ZIP so you can post results the same night.

What counts as a "free" event?

Your leaderboard link, athlete profiles, registration form, and Google Sheets sync are always free. Broadcast view, heat seeder, and social podium graphics need Heatsheet+ or a Season.

Do I pay up front or after the event?

Neither - you unlock instantly, no card required. We email you a payment link, due within 7 days, so your paid features are live while you set up your event.

What counts as 100 athletes?

Entries on your scoring sheet. A doubles team is one entry, so a race with 40 singles and 30 pairs is 70 athletes and sits in the small lane.

What does Season cover?

Unlimited races in its lane for a year: $249 covers every race up to 100 athletes, $349 covers every race including 100+. A gym on the $249 Season that runs one big race just pays the $149 walk-up for that one.

Do beta users get any discount?

If you ran a real event with us during beta, your first Heatsheet+ race is on us. Reach out and we'll set it up.
